Preparation
Rinse the Korean rice cakes sticks with water. Pour 300 ml of water into a pan, stirring in Gochujang, chili powder, sugar and minced garlic. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the rinsed rice cakes, onion and fishcake and let it cook 5 minutes. Add Welsh onion. Simmer until the sauce thickens to your liking, stirring constantly.
