Preparation
Rice cooker: Scoop 3 cups of rice into the rice basin. Rinse Thai Hom Mali rice just once. Add water in a ratio of 1,2 water : 1 rice. After placing the rice basin in rice cooker and switching cooker on, do not lift lid or stir rice during cooking time as the fragrance will diminish. When rice is cooked, fluff with a fork and serve hot and fragrant.
Microwave: Scoop 3 cups of rice into the rice basin. Rinse Thai Hom Mali rice just once. Add water 3cups. Put casserole dish with lid into microwave on high for 10 mins and medium covered for 10 mins. When rice is cooked, fluff with a fork and serve hot and fragrant.
