Loyalty programme

From the 1st June we launched a loyalty bonus program where loyal customers collect points from every purchase. The return rate is 3%.

For every 100 CZK spent, we will give you 3 points with a total value of 3 CZK. This means, for example, for a 1,000 CZK purchase, you will get 30 CZK worth of points for your next purchase.

You will always be able to see the amount of points you earn for your order in your shopping cart before submitting your order.

Points will be credited to you the moment your order is paid for.

You can spend the points on your next order, where you will check the option "use loyalty points" in the basket and enter how many points you would like to use.

• The value of each point is equal to CZK 1.
  
  
• Points are credited for orders over 200 CZK excluding shipping.
  
  
• Points are valid for 40 days
  
  
• You can apply a maximum of 50% of the value of the goods in the order for a payment using points.
  
  
• Points are collected only by customers with a basic price list. The loyalty program does not apply to wholesalers.
  
  
• Points can only be earned and redeemed at the Pinoys e-shop.
