Ingredients

Preparation
Prepare and preheat steamer in a high heat fire. For every pack of Ube Puto Mix, prepare 2 cup of water and 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter. Mix all dry and wet ingredients until well blended, then strain, to remove residue. Line and grease molders and pour mixture into molders. Cover steamer lid with cloth then set steamer in a low heat fire. Cook batter for 15-20 minutes (Depending on molder size). Once the puto is cooked, top it with sliced cheese. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from the molder. Serve and enjoy.
