Krusto Breading mix 350 g - Lobo

Ingredients
wheat flour 94,5%, sugar, spices, dry yeast, salt, soybean oil

Preparation
Prepare 1 kg meat to be coated, ground beef or chicken, formed into patties, chicken legs or breasts, fish fillet, shrimp or large fresh onions cut into rings. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs then add 2 tablespoons of water. In a skillet, heat plenty of vegetable oil to 180  °C. Moisten prepared meat with beaten eggs. Then coat generously with Krusto. Gently shake off excess breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown. Place on absorbent paper. Serve at once.
