Ingredients

rice noodles 90%: modified starch E1404, sugar, salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), stabiliser: (guar gum))

soup base 12%: (salt, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), sugar, flavouring, red shallot, ginger, pho spices in varying proportions 1,5% (cinnamon, cloves, anise), pepper, colour (caramel))

chilli sauce pack 7%: water, chilli, sugar, garlic, tomato paste, modified corn starch E1422, acidity regulators (acetic acid, citric acid, preservative (potassium sorbate)), oil pack 3% (palm oil, flavouring, pho spices in varying proportions 3% (cinnamon, cloves, anise), chilli, colour (carotenes), antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract)

dried vegetables 1%: structured wheat gluten, green onion, coriander

Preparation
Put all the ingredients from the bag into the bowl for the noodles. Pour over 400 ml of hot water. To speed up, cover the bowl with a lid for about 3 minutes. Add the meat pieces and serve immediately.
