Gyoza Dumplings with Chicken & Vegetables 600 g - Bibigo

Ingredients
wheat flour, cabbage 21%, chicken meat 20%, onions 12%, water, chicken skin 6%, spring onion 2%, tapioca starch, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), ginger 0.9%, yeast extract, ginger 0.8%, chicken stock (chicken meat and skin, salt), wheat gluten, sesame oil, textured soy protein, iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), sugar, rapeseed oil, black pepper

Preparation
Pan-fry: Pour 3 tbsp of oil into a pan and heat it up. Place 7-8 frozen dumplings and pan fry them for about 7 minutes till all sides are golden brown.
Deep fry: Heat up the oil up to 180 °C. Gently put in 7-8 frozen dumplings and deep fry for 3 minutes till the surface turns golden brown.
