Ingredients
wheat flour, eggs from free-range chickens 15%, salt, acid regulators: potassium carbonate and bicarsodium bonate

Allergens
gluten, egg. May contain traces of milk, soybean, sesame, mustard and lupine.

Preparation
Bring 2 litres of water to the boil. Remove the pot from the heat and throw the noodles into the boiling water. After 4 minutes, separate the noodles from each other and pour them into a colander.
