Recipe for stewed duck with five-spice: Heat a large saucepan and add 3 tablespoon of brown sugar and 60 ml water. Stir it until the sugar turns into a syrup. Add 2 tablespoon of black soja sauce 1 tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of chinese five-spice and 120 ml of water. Put the duck into the saucepan and turn the duck until the duck is covered on all sides. Then put it all into a tall pot and add enough water to cover the duck and let the duck simmer until soft.
